GTA is a megacity, that spreads out and breaks into isolated city infrastructures within a
number of geographical areas.
We specialize on key market condos, lofts and townhomes thereby not including all that the
destination has to offer. There are many condo developments (both new and
resales) that simply don't make the grade thus they do not appear here. This
is not to say that if it does not appear here it is unworthy of your consideration.
It just says that we are not knowledgeable of or not interested in
representing or recommending that our clients consider purchasing anything in them.
Always remember that anything not in what is catagorized the downtown core (roughly St.
Clair south to the Lake) will be found in the surrounding areas which you access from the
previous screen or within the left margin of this screen. |
