Well, the waiting and watching has gone on long enough! With the
introduction of Mr. Mirvish as a partner in this development, I have no difficulty in
recommending 1 King West as a "BUY"! Another
exciting twist has been introduced by the ever conceptualizing Harry Stinson.
The suites are being sold principally on a custom basis. Square footage wise
these units are up there $500+ per square foot with $0.60/sq. ft. maintenance but in light
of the projected investment returns, this is well worth taking a closer look at.

diffiucluty getting information on. The location seems right and the
floorplans and promo material all read right but something has been telling me to look a

Not an investment for the masses but definately one for the discerning buyer willing to
settle only for the Best! Houdini couldn't come up with something wrong with
this development. Dynamic floorplans, dynamic investment opportunity. It
is represented that Rental Guarantees are available but our repeated telepone calls to
their seller's agent go unanswered. I'll let you know. This
development has currently been put on hold.
