This is what I call a Penthouse!
You know, no matter how good the development, there has always got to be "Dog
Suites", those unfortunate suites that end up positioned facing the wrong way, or the
wrong thing, or on the elevator shafts, or at the garbage shoot. The amazing
thing to me about this development is the floorplans just keep coming at you.
Of course, we are talking about penthouses here and that does give us a little bit of a
break but I tell you, these floorplans just keep on getting better.
All of the penthouses in this development include coffered ceilings and these great
bathrooms (the first I've seen like them in Canada) where you get a seperate his and hers
bathroom (she apparently gets the oval soaker tub) that are adjoined by a double door
glass shower stall.
The kitchen in this plan is especially nice as is the touch with the French Doors.
This penthouse has its own private roof top deck!
