This letter serves to confirm our understanding of our mutual intent to establish a fax
information service in Kong Kong as follows:
Asian North American (International) Inc, wish to distribute Canadian real estate data,
containing both editorial and graphics information to potential property investors in Hong
Kong.
Hong Kong Telecom CSL Limited proposes to provide an information gateway to facilitate the
retrieval of such information by means of a commercial fax service. |

 Asian
North American (International) Inc. will work with Hong Kong Telecom CSL Limited to form a
prototype service as soon as possible in order to establish the viability of a commercial
service. Asian North American (International) Inc will produce and outline of the
service as they envisage it being structured in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Telecom CSL Limited will investigate regulatory, commerical and operational
issues in order to formulate a firm proposal to Asian North American (International) Inc.
This proposal to be the framework of a commercial agreement between the two
parties.
I trust this letter serves to confirm our commitment to launching this service. We
do not anticipate any obstacles to an early ready-for-service date and look forward to
working with you in this innovative and exciting area of information publishing.
