To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter is to
recommend Mr. C.L. Hanes a Canadian businessman with whom we have conducted business for
four years here in Hong Kong. In the time that I have gotten to know him, Mr. Hanes
and I have managed to sell in excess of two hundred condominium units to my clients in
Mainland China and to residents of Hong Kong through our co-ventured exhibitions.
Mr. Hanes is a man of integrity and has honourably paid all commissions on time beyond
expected or required initiatives to insure that any difficulties with any units which have
been sold (after closing) are taken care of. A lesser than professional person would

Mr. Hanes has developed a real estate marketing tool which will change the way real estate
is bought and sold both throughout the Orient and American properties for sale into
Mainland China and are anxious to find a balance of commercial and residential properties.
Mr. Hanes books and CD-ROM's have made him somewhat of a
celebrity here in Hong Kong and he will undoubtedly sell a tremendous amount of real
estate as 1997 approaches. We welcome the opportunity to work with him again and
look very much forwared to his return this winter.
