example around presale condos to assess views and/or obstructions your odds of ending up
with a lesser unit can prove astronomical. I read a floor plan like a lawyer reads a
brief. This, in itself somewhat of a science until you have rehearsed for quite a while
and again constitutes only a small aspect of professional buyers agency duties.
The best thing about my services is that I am not going to
try to sell you anything and it is here that you want to take a moment to reflect on the
impact of working with a REALTOR who is only trying to sell you on buying a property. I
will furnish you with all of the critical data (market comparisons, market evaluations,
trends, etc.) and my objective assessment of and knowledge of each development meeting

Once you have made your decision of the residence, I go to
work sculpting a professional and legal offer (inserting a 10 day condition clause during
which time your lawyer will be able to review the offer) and negotiating the price and
other terms and conditions. I stay with you right through to the closing making sure that
everything is completed in a professional manner each step along the way.
