Exclusive Buyer's Agent in Toronto (meaning that I do not "List"
properties for sale thus voiding "confidentiality" and "full
disclosure" under my legal obligations to my clients). Many Realtors try to be both
however, spearheaded by the Ontario Real Estate Association, "Dual Agency" is
frowned upon. Any Realtor whose office "Lists" properties for sale
cannot assure you of true Buyer's Agency protection. From my perspective, the
residence sells the residence (it either is or is not right for the
purchaser). Too much emphasis is placed on (by "Listing Realtors")
Selling the Condo when knowledgeable purchasers are now using the services of their own
